Based on years of consulting with more than 300 organizations, SHIFT has determined that the following minimum education requirements ensure that organizations have the ability to achieve and sustain organizational transformation.
In order to be eligible for SHIFT’s Technology First Accreditation or Employment First Accreditation and accompanying consulting, organizations are expected to complete these educational requirements.

Note: Organizations servicing multiple states will require each individual state entity to be accredited individually.
